These sessions include situational coaching to empower you around your challenges (or more accurately opportunities for growth), embody the tools to manifest your goals, and utilize one or more trauma release modality to release what is no longer serving you (Brainspotting, Emotion Code, and/or MER).

You save $11 per session, with this package. You can pay in full here, (or over 2 months at $450 per month via Venmo @Barrett-Freibert)
