Breathwork is one of the most transformational modalities I know. It facilitates releasing stuck emotion, trauma, stress, anxiety to create space for deep contentment, clarity, and insight. We will begin with 30 minutes of situational coaching to get clarity on what you are releasing and thus, what you are creating. We will do 30 minutes of breathwork and 30 minutes of meditation, integration, and visualization.
